Ken developed his commitment to personal injury law after experiencing a serious motor vehicle collision injury during college. He witnessed firsthand how insurance companies deny fair compensation to innocent victims — and that experience shaped his career. He brings strong work ethic, grit, and a deep sense of justice shaped by his Southeast Alaska upbringing working on crabbing boats and the Alaska Marine Highway System.

Ken graduated magna cum laude from Washington State University and earned his law degree at SUNY Buffalo. He has been repeatedly recognized on the Top Attorneys Rising Stars list, reserved for the top 2.5% of attorneys in each state. He has recovered millions of dollars in settlements for clients through meticulous preparation and advocacy.
