About Emilie Manhardt
Emilie is a Buffalo native raised in Amherst with strong community ties. She brings a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a warm, approachable personality to her role supporting clients through legal processes. She holds a degree in Baking and Pastry Arts from the Niagara Falls Culinary Institute and brings organizational and multitasking skills honed through a background in restaurant management.
Outside of work, Emilie enjoys outdoor activities, baking, and spending time with her daughter, Amelia.
